Haven't had the time to update blog lately,
Went to Hako again on Wednesday, had the following
Entree
Pork
Egg Plant Miso
Main
Sushi and Sashimi combination
Steak - recommended by the owner Jiah, who remembered Karen.
Overall, awesome jap food, haven't had such good food in awhile.
Few months ago, went to Jacques Reymond too, 3 chef hat restaurant.
Was pretty disappointed with degustation, maybe should of ordered a la carte instead.
I wasn't allowed to take photos too, my camera got taken off me, doh...
Felt more like a 1 -2 chef hat restaurant to me, not going back for awhile I think.
Try out Ezards 2 chef hat, in few weeks, looking forward to it.
